Why is my Signal score low on my first day?
REKD needs a baseline before it can compute an accurate score. After your first full sleep session with HealthKit data, the Signal will reflect your actual health status. Give it 2–3 days for full calibration.
How do I reset my password?
Open REKD → Sign In → Forgot Password. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link to your inbox. The link expires after 1 hour.
REKD isn't reading my HealthKit data.
Go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → REKD and verify all permissions are enabled. REKD requires heart rate, HRV, sleep analysis, and step count at minimum for Signal computation.
How do I connect my Withings scale?
Settings → Integrations → Withings → Connect. You'll be prompted to sign into your Withings account and authorize REKD to read your measurements.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → REKD → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Raw health values never leave your device. Only anonymized behavioral metadata is stored on our servers. We do not sell data. We do not use health data for advertising. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
REKD isn't recognizing my shift schedule.
Settings → Schedule → configure your shift days and hours. REKD also learns your schedule automatically from geofence and sleep data over time — manual configuration ensures accuracy from day one.
